Spain Yacht Rentals provides luxury yacht charter services, including day charters, multi-day charters, and related experiences.
All charters are subject to availability, weather conditions, and confirmation by Spain Yacht Rentals.
3. Booking & Confirmation
A booking request does not constitute a confirmed reservation.
A booking is only confirmed once written confirmation is sent and the required deposit is received.
Spain Yacht Rentals reserves the right to refuse any booking request at its discretion.
4. Payments
A deposit is required to secure the booking.
The remaining balance must be paid before the charter date, according to the terms provided at confirmation.
Fuel, catering, and optional extras are not included unless explicitly stated.
All prices are shown in euros (€) unless otherwise specified.
5. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellation policies vary depending on the yacht and season.
Unless otherwise agreed:
Cancellations made well in advance may be eligible for partial refund.
Last-minute cancellations may result in loss of deposit or full charter fee.
Weather-related cancellations will be handled case by case, prioritizing safety.
6. Weather & Safety
The captain has full authority to modify routes or cancel the charter for safety reasons.
If weather conditions are unsafe, Spain Yacht Rentals may offer rescheduling or alternative solutions.
No refunds will be granted if the charter is completed despite route adjustments due to weather.
7. Use of the Yacht
The yacht must be used responsibly and respectfully.
Illegal activities, dangerous behavior, or damage to the vessel are strictly prohibited.
The client is responsible for any damage caused by guests during the charter.
Spain Yacht Rentals reserves the right to terminate the charter without refund if these conditions are violated.
8. Capacity & Guests
The maximum number of guests allowed is defined by maritime regulations and the specific yacht.
Exceeding the allowed capacity is strictly forbidden and may result in cancellation without refund.
9. Captain & Crew
All yachts are operated by licensed professional captains and crew.
The captain’s decisions regarding navigation, safety, and onboard conduct are final.
10. Liability
Spain Yacht Rentals is not liable for:
Personal injury resulting from misuse of the yacht
Loss or damage to personal belongings
Delays or cancellations due to weather or force majeure
Clients are advised to have adequate travel and personal insurance.
